FRESH Network

Food is Life! And life is not without networks. Through a network one can communicate values and beliefs that will aggregate a community of common interest, people motivated by similar visions or beliefs. We are very much into maintaining and strengthening a network of Food-thinkers; inside and outside the University.

With other groups in the University, we are creating a dynamic student community that influences University life and creates an integrative environment for discussion and intellectual production. We want to provide a good example of advocacy and action, in a way that promotes our ideas, but also the University that hosts them.

At the same time, we understand that the more we are involved in food-related networks outside the University, the more impacts our ideas will have within it. FRESH is engaged in an active dialogue and partnership with the Youth Food Movement (YFM), Slow Food, Bread for the World, the European Academy of Culinary Sciences, the Schweisfurth-Foundation-Munich, the IAASTD, YPARD and Globethics.
